Mark Smith, aka Smitty, has been a ham since high school, getting his Technician license in 1992. He's given presentations at DEF CON, BayCon, QSO Today Virtual Ham Expo, and several ham clubs. He likes building radios more than using them. He recently (January 2022) started Halibut Electronics, a company building Amateur Radio and Audiophile electronics products and kits.
